Vanadium Carbide (VC) Powders

Vanadium carbide is a refractory compound which has the appearance of dark gray metal powder, with the molecular weight of 62.95 g/mol, theoretical content of combined-carbon of 19.08%, density of 5.77 g/cm3, melting point of 2800 °C and boiling point of 3900 °C. It has great chemical stability and good high-temperature resistant performance, which is widely used in grain refining agent, cutting tools and catalysts of cemented carbide and steel.
